This a major update and a complete rebuilt has been done on the code
and file structure. The main change is related with built-in responsive
behaviour and plugin options configuration.

- Built-in themes and styling, directly through plugin settings.
- New features with built-in settings.
- JS calls reduced to unique lightweight vendors.js file.

- Updated all JS scripts.

- Jquery UI (custom) upgraded to 1.11.1 version.
- Updated some JS depedencies.
- Changed how the plugin is called. Now is controlled
in the DOM, with document ready script tag.
- Solved some little issues on IE while removing
the audio div on html.
- Added custom flat theme for PrettyPhoto.
- DOM and CSS structure remains the same.
